1 junior Software Engineer (Cagayan de Oro City) (Mindanao's North - Park I.T. Pueblo de Oro, Cagayan de Oro City)
Responsibilities:
Develops internal production and backroom software based on the needs of the company following the cycle of development of software for internal and external clients.
Performs tests of the software for its implementation in order to improve its efficiency and ease of use.
To troubleshoot software problems in the floor of production as it occurs or extracted from the journal of post done by team leaders on the problems that have occurred the previous night to take immediate corrective measures.
Conducts tours of State control of the software used by the operations and backroom units and renders advice to staff on how to solve these problems.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree / diploma of college studies in engineering (computer and telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
For this post, it should be at least 1 year of work experience in the field.
1-4 yrs experienced employees specializing in preference / computer-software or equivalent. Ext. software engineer/programmer or Software Architect.

Responsibilities:
Designs, creates and modifies courses; with basic training components.
Develops the course or curriculum based on information supplied by the Manager, integration of the principles of the development branch.
Participates in meetings to collect data and literature of Experts (SMEs) topic.
Course designs and training materials by completing the details in the storyboard table provided by the Manager and SMEs.
Securities training and organization of trends and makes the necessary changes to programs and the current.
Prepares updates of project for project managers. Can work with the heads of Department/account to create a report for follow-up and completion
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree / diploma college degree or Post Graduate Diploma / masters in human resources management, psychology, education/teaching/from training or equivalent.
Required language: English.
It takes at least 3 years of experience in the field of work for this position.
Preferably supervisor / 5 years & Up experienced employees specializing in human resources or equivalent. Position in organizational or equivalent development/change management.
