Operations Manager at COFIPAC Corporation

Responsibilities:

1. Works with the management team that contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

2. Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

3. Manage the overall operation and capacity

4. Liaison with Nestle functional Heads for shared accountabilities

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 4 year Engineering Courses

• Has experience handling Operations in a Food Manufacturing Industry

• Has experience in ISO Audits and Certifications

• With High-level leadership and decision-making skills.

• Must be organized and resourceful
