MINDANAO INTERNATIONAL CONTAINER TERMINAL SERVICES, Inc., a company of the Group ICTSI engaged in the development, management and operation of the Containier Terminal in Mindanao International located in the TCM complex, PHIVIDEC Industrial Estate, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental has need of the following:

1 FINANCE MANAGER/CONTROLLER

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Director of finance
• Must have a sufficient knowledge in tax laws and regulations
• To demonstrate good judgment, thinking critically, problem solving and decision making skills
• Computer literate/capable of using standard software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet)

Main tasks and responsibilities

Mainly in charge of the General administration of the Department accounting finance &; responsible for the management of funds, financial accounting and management accounting.

2 FMS FOREMAN

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical / mechanical/Civil)
• At least three 3 years experience in leading the people as electricians, carpenters, plumbers and other members of maintenance staff in a relevant related field
• Technical knowledge on the work of civil engineering, communication systems, electrical and mechanical building systems, plumbing, generators, substations and proper maintenance, inspection and testing of these items
• A leadership skills in the field of facilities management
• To make good judgement, critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Must be a team with good interpersonal skills player.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Ensures that requirement of public services for the container terminal and facilities are met, supervising maintenance on the correct application of the repair, General and special projects
• Means and monitors daily, weekly and monthly schedules of his subordinates work and ensures the realization of such a schedule
• Implements good programming alternative requirement of parts, materials and tools for all levels of work, based on maintenance program
• Evaluation of performance led subordinates on quarterly basis
• Performs and supports maintenance regular & periodic reports, daily checklists, directs work and work requests.

3 COMPANY DRIVER/MESSENGER

Requirements:
• Diploma of any business related courses
• The valid commercial pilot license with good driving record
• Good interpersonal and social skills; customer/client relationship
• An attitude positive, motivated, honest and of good character
• Maintains a high level of integrity and reliability
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

The main functions and responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the head of accounting.
• Supports billings, collecting payments and other accounting documents to and from clients.
• Performs all Department messengerial work.
• Attend Department general office work.
• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of vehicles assigned to the Department.

4 MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Requirements:
• Any College curriculum as diploma / mechanical engineering or any technology the discipline and/or any what accredited professional related course TESDA
• At least one (1) focused on the years of experience in mechanical maintenance, mechanical installation and instrumentation
• Result oriented/able to reach the target within given time
• Good oral and written Communicator
• A skills base in the hydraulic system and motor vehicle parts troubleshooting
• Basic know-how on the lifting of the mechanical system device, critical components and proper maintenance, inspection and testing
• Ready to work according to a changing schedule
